All the Deets on Georgina Wilson’s Monique Lhuillier Wedding Gown

All the Deets on Georgina Wilson’s Monique Lhuillier Wedding Gown She looked every bit like British royalty.

Last April 30, 2016 Georgina Wilson married Arthur Burnand at the St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Winchester, UK. Of course, with every celebrity wedding, the first thing we look at is the bridal frock. In true It girl fashion, Preview's May cover girl walked the aisle in a stunning Monique Lhuillier creation that we daresay could rival the Duchess of Cambridge’s McQueen number.

This is “The Elizabeth.”

The dress that George describes as the wedding dress of her dreams is one of the pieces from Monique Lhuillier’s Fall 2015 collection called The Elizabeth. It is made with layers and layers of tulle fit for a princess, and beautifully embellished with tonal rose gold beading from the illusion long sleeves up to the hem of the skirt. Delicate sans the poof, very fitting of our very own Blair Waldrof.

This particular collection by the Cebuana designer draws inspiration from the fantasy of a ballerina jewelry box. With every opening of the box, a delightfully stunning piece boasting of a poised ballerina’s whimsical elegance and class.

Georgina simply styled the gown with diamond earrings from JMA Jewelry and a Monique Lhuillier ballerina-inspired crystal hair piece, similar to the runway styling of the collection. Her cousin Martine Cajucom also confirmed that she paired the gown with low-heel glitter Miu Mius.

So how much does a designer couture frock like this cost? Roughly $16,500 or P774,345. Lucky for G, it was a gift from her fairy godmother, Vicky Belo. Wow! Now that's a wedding gift we'd love to receive, too!

Congrats again on the lovely wedding, George! You looked amazing!
