We're glad that there's a growing propensity amongst Filipinos to buy socially and environmentally responsible brands, and as a pioneering social enterprise in the Philippines, HOPE (yes, of the noble-hearted Hope In A Bottle movement) continues to rise to the occasion. Last Christmas, HOPE's founder and President Nanette Medved-Po gifted her good friends with no ordinary shirts—they were unbelievably soft custom printed tees made from (get this!) 100% recycled plastic bottles. Fun fact: each of the shirts (they come in the two designs above!) is made from 11 recycled plastic bottles. And, in another groundbreaking move, HOPE is launching the collection in a special vending machine! The result is a disruptive and desirable product that celebrates art, innovative sustainability, and a worthwhile cause—see for yourself below:

The HOPE vendo will pop up in three surprise locations, for only two to three days each. The tees are, in addition, being produced in extreeemely limited quantities—just 200 pieces!—so excited shoppers can keep tabs on HOPE's Facebook and Instagram pages to find out where they pop up. Fret not, though: those who miss their chance to shop at the vendo caravan can rest easy knowing the shirts will soon be available exclusively through Zalora.

With Hope in a Shirt, HOPE is further launched as a movement that celebrates and empowers consumers to positively impact thousands of Filipinos, one HOPE-branded product at a time. Be a part of it!
