In case you haven’t heard of him, he’s created an impressive bevy of creations that range from furniture to windmills, and even revolutionary mega-yachts, hotels, and restaurants. Imagine a guy with that talent, lending his aesthetic to the world of fashion. Calling these rubber beauties quite cool, is an understatement.
Together with the Brazilian shoe brand, they've created a full range of flats, flip flops, and sandals in four distinct designs, offered in a myriad of colors. These pairs were developed to be sustainable with the use of 30% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable. Minimalism is the main theme of the whole line, as seen from the super sleek straps and thin soles. “When you reach elegance with a few dollars or euros, this is no longer magic; it is a modern miracle,” says Philippe Starck.
