We got our fix at Michael Kors Fall 2015 even before Natasha Poly opened (in an ombré fur bathrobe, no less), the latest pretty young things providing flash to the front row. Uptown style mavens Olivia Palermo, Lily Aldridge, Jessica Hart, Allison Williams, Rachel Zoe and Kate Hudson gave snapparazzi much to work with, while the other side of the spectrum was definitely pop culture central. We spied Manrepeller Leandra Medine, Instagram star Kristina Bazan, DJ Harley Viera Newton, rock royalty Alexandra Richards, Leigh Lezark of The Misshapes, and even K-Pop sensation SNSD's Tiffany lighting up smartphones all around.

Michael Kors, for his part, played with a lighter - but decidedly more romantic - hand. An ode to 1930s militarywear was evident: Trumpet skirts, plaids and checks, and a lush A/W palette of olives and khakis (with brogues and monkstraps to match) provided some posh weekend-in-the-country flair.

For evening, the designer wanted an opposites attract play on texture and intention, a new unfussy spin on eveningwear. And though we could never really wear the luxurious furs on display, a simple knit slipdress and meticulously handbeaded pajamas all drove the point home.
