The Groom Wore: Rajo Laurel & Jeffrey Rogador Rajo Laurel and Jeffrey Rogador spill the beans about designing grooms' wedding ensembles.

While it's undeniable that the sartorial focus of any wedding lies mainly with the bride, the groom's wedding ensemble shouldn't be less special in comparison. Sure, its design is obviously much simpler, but precisely because it is an understated display of sartorial taste that needs to complement the spectacle of the woman's wedding gown, all the more it needs to be immaculate in its design and impeccable in its fit and tailoring.

To help you prepare for your very own wedding, we've spoken to two premier fashion designers who have had plenty of experience dressing up dashing grooms on their special days.

The indefatigable Rajo Laurel doesn't just cook up chic and cosmopolitan designs for the ladies of Manila—his mastery of tailoring and flair for simple yet very tasteful designs makes him the choice of many debonair fiancés.

Jeffrey Rogador, on the other hand, boasts of a singular expertise in menswear. His collection for Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2010 was a refreshing visual treat peppered with dapper casual, formal, and work wear outfits in various shades of gray and clean-cut designs that obviously cater to the tastes of urbane young men.
