What’s the first thing you do as soon as you get to your hotel room? Being the semi-OC traveler that I am, the first thing I do as soon as I get to my hotel room is to take my clothes out of my luggage and hang them in the closet. Nothing ruins your look faster than wrinkled clothes, which is why it is important that they hang. Of course having a handy portable steamer is a quick way to settle the issue, but when panic and cramming get the best of you and you forget to bring your steamer, having a flat iron can easily get rid of those wrinkles.

Depending on the length of the wand, using a flat iron can not only give you sleek and straight hair, but it can also get rid of those pesky wrinkles on parts of your clothes. All you have you have to do is run it through the wrinkled area to smooth it out and presto! Freshly pressed clothes in an instant!
Now if you haven’t gotten a flat iron at hand, using a hair dryer can do the trick too. Spritz or dampen the part you want to smooth, put the blow dryer on its hottest setting, and wait for the wet area to dry up. I’ve tried this trick with a wine-stained gown (soaked the area in Sprite first to get rid of the stain) at a wedding and used a hand dryer instead of a blow dryer. I came out of the comfort room with zero traces of the stain and with my outfit looking pressed as if the day has just started.
