There are no specifics yet on the case but what we know is American clothing brand, Lucky 13, has just slapped Taylor Swift (who's having a concert here this week, by the way) with an infringement lawsuit. (We bet Lucky 13 is getting a lot of clicks on Google now.)
The street wear label based in Orange County alleges the artist intellectual property violations for using "Lucky 13" in her products such as T-shirts. Taylor is well know for using number 13 a lot and claims that it's her lucky number. “Whenever a 13 comes up in my life, it’s a good thing. I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album went gold in 13 weeks. My first number one song had a 13 second intro,” she says. Well, it seems the two digits has landed her in hot water this time.
Oh, and if you're watching the concert, try to spot the number 13, which she is known for painting onto her hand. Tweet us a photo @stylebibleph!
