Before the premiere pandemonium that ensued on the red carpet of Girlfriend for Hire, we caught up with its lead stars Andre Paras (who's also one of this month's cover boys) and Yassi Pressman as they got ready backstage. Here's a visual diary of what #YaNdre wore to their first solo movie screening.
Yassi wore a dress by Reggie Cruz, who styled them both for the premiere.
"Reg and I talked about this whole look. I wanted something long but not too formal. We went with a cropped top, so it's still a two piece thing and not one long gown, and I love it!"
For her makeup, Yassi went with thick bold lashes, minimal eyeshadow, and a natural pink lip, while her hair was a messy top bun (a look that actually means something in the film!).
"For today, I'm just really basically a piece of cotton candy!"
Andre "helping" Yassi check if her makeup looks good for the red carpet.
"Andre and I really didn't talk about it. But he's mostly in browns and it's also super fresh. No blacks. We're both really happy today and we want our outfits to be as bright as what we feel." - Yassi
Andre went in an assortment from Zara, also styled by Reggie Cruz. Something super casual and quite dapper.
"I don't know what this is inspired by but I didn't know wearing one single color, broken off by a complementary color, could actually look really good." - Andre
Yassi's BFF Nadine Lustre snapped photos of the pair (with James Reid, we pressume) before heading off to some video interviews.
