DOWNTOWN FLORAL

"I always temper feminine with some edge; too much of the dainty, and it overwhelms my features. I also love outfits I can move around the city in. The neon cutout floral top injects some zing and offsets the pastel pants. Tougher accessories, like reflectorized (a.k.a. people-watching) sunnies and dominatrix heels, finish it off. Switching out a purse can take this from work to coffee to clubbing—perfect for my nonstop day, which basically follows that format!"

FUN AND FLIRTY

"I set out to look for a fun piece I could work around and as soon as I saw this fringed top, I knew I found it. I paired it with a pleated skirt and heeled sandals in the same palette to keep the focus on the top and voila a fun and feminine outfit for the office."

YOUTHFUL FLAIR

"I knew I was going to  pick a pair of shorts from the moment I heard of a staff challenge, because I'm petite; shorts and I are BFFs. I was attracted to this watercolor floral top because of the color (I'm having an of-the-moment obsession, see here) so I knew I had to choose it. I then opted to pair it with plain white shorts and these super comfy red tennis shoes (which I also included in my favorite things here) to give off a laid-back vibe since, the rest were all wearing heels."
