Style Bible gets first peek at the newly fashioned store of Topshop and Topman in Robinsons Galleria. What used to be 387 square meters of space filled with the latest from the brands combined, it is now almost 500 square meters making it the biggest branch yet and the new flagship store (which was formerly the Power Plant Mall branch).
“We’ve increased the assortment of line. Since we increased the space, naturally, there’s a wider range of [products] to choose from,” Teresa David, Marketing Services Manager of Robinsons Specialty Stores, Inc., explains.
The new store also boasts of a bigger shoe lounge—from flats to wedges to sky-high heels. “Even Topman brought in more shoes this time because apparently, our customers really like them,” adds Teresa.
For the store opening, a number of pieces will also be exclusively available at the Galleria branch before they come out in other branches later this year.
Topshop’s current collections include the Gypsy Rocker which showcases a lot of florals fused with neutrals; the Nomad, which a mix of basic and animal prints and denims; and the latest, Color Splash, that has vibrant hues like Yellow, Orange, Green, Red, and Purple. The Galleria branch is also the first to launch the high summer collection.
Topman’s looks include the Heritage, which plays with prints—from florals to plaid—and washes that are very raw. The latest trend, Field Daze, is also first featured in this branch with an All-American, hip L.A. urban look. “It is an assortment of classic, laid-back menswear pieces but re-worked to make them look a little vintage,” shares Ed Dizon, Brand Manager of Topman.
Topshop and Topman in Robinsons Galleria will be open to the public starting 6pm tomorrow, May 25, 2011. The first 50 in the queue get 50% off vouchers for their first five items. All items will also be sold with a special discount, slicing 20% off the price tags just for the launch tomorrow.
