To mark the realease of Star Wars: The Last Jedi last weekend, local brand SM Youth dropped a line of apparel dedicated to the beloved film franchise. However, netizens immediately noticed that the collection's campaign images looked a lot more Star Trek than Skywalker. Yikes!

Truth be told, the original lookbook really is reminiscent of Spock and his fellow Vulcans. That haircut? Those brows? "Live long and prosper," a Facebook user quipped, not-so-subtly nudging at the erroneous reference.

SM Youth was quick to take action, however, opting to admit their mistake and re-shoot the entire campaign. "The Force is real, and it is within you and all of us. We have heard your calls, and just like any Padawan, we continue to learn and seek the path to becoming a true Jedi," the brand stated in its new lookbook caption, posted December 21. "We dedicate this to all of you. Thank you for being the true Jedi Masters. May the Force be with you, always! Our new #SMYouthStarWars lookbook features our latest Star Wars shirts styled with select Smyth pieces."

The move generated positive responses. "This feels really nice. I mean, SM admitting to the mistake and fixing it," one user said. "Young Padawan, now you learned. Necessary with the Force, it is. Kudos!" another jovially wrote. We join in the song: it pays to humble down, own up and apologize!
