By now, we’re sure that you guys have heard of the trending news that James Reid and Nadine Lustre are now officially JaDine. But there’s more to discuss about the reel love team turned real couple’s sold out concert at the Araneta Coliseum. We wanted to get deets straight from the source so we asked her stylist, Myrrh Lao To, to spill the beans on all of her looks that night. He gladly answered our queries and even got Nadine to reveal her favorite outfit.

Hi, Myrrh! Can you share with us what went on with your prep for Nadine’s costumes?

"It was a major collaboration among the creatives and production units of ABS-CBN. But styling-wise, it was really between Georcelle Dapat and the style/glam teams. My team and I (special shoutout to Carvey, Janra and Zia) did the styling for Nadine. Her makeup artist Jelly Eugenio and hairstylist Paul Nebres had some input, too."

How long did it take you to have all the looks for such a big concert ready?

"It took two months of preparation. Studies of costumes were going back and forth from our studio for editing and approval. We were constantly altering the pieces (we had to fit, change, even deleted and replaced) to provide the precise needs of Nadine in accord with the dynamics and her other requirements for the show."

Did Nadine have a say in her looks?

"She was very particular with how the clothes (and shoes) fit and how she could dance and move in them. She didn't want anything too girly (perfectly fine because Teacher G and I agreed that we would veer away from the typical sweet look everyone is doing) but she was game (as always) to try out each of the looks we put together for her."

Her opening outfit was a gold, fully embellished bodysuit layered with a crystallized denim dress. It was custom-made by Dennis Celestial and was our version of her character Leah in OTWOL.

She later removed the denim dress and revealed the sparkly bodysuit.

She then changed her look from pop to edgy for her real-life BFFs Yassi Pressman and Myrtle Sarrosa. This particular segment of the show was keenly strategized because she didn't have time for any wardrobe change.

"We thought of pulling a Katy Perry at Superbowl kind of transition from the sequined raglan top to the crystallized bustier. Both pieces were custom-made by Dennis Celestial."

Her solo spot performance in the suit dress by super talented young designer Lian Martin was her favorite outfit. She said that particular look was far from her POP days, which she really liked.

For the wedding prod, Liza Padilla of @elizebride made a custom wedding gown matched with diamonds from Dina Castro.

The dress eventually revealed a cape-and-trouser combo underneath. This was also her final look.
