[Gulp!] The inevitable return of the ‘80s is well on its way and Hollywood swerves into the fast lane by bringing back a childhood favorite. In case you haven’t heard, Jem and the Holograms is making its big screen debut but it’s not exactly how some of us remember it to be. No holograms, no Misfits, and no technologic Jermstar earrings. Instead, we get a teenage girl turned Youtube sensation (because everything happens on Youtube), Jerrica Benton, who transforms into “Jem” by putting on Gaga circa Poker Face makeup and a blonde and pink wig.
