Yet another Bali wedding for the books, director Quark Henares and Bianca Yuzon tied the knot yesterday at the gorgeous Alila Villas Uluwatu in Indonesia. The romantic tropical scene was all blue skies and panoramic ocean views as the pair said their "I dos" atop a plexiglass platform for a breathtaking and chic poolside wedding.
Quark cleaned up well, looking all spruced up in his custom Prada suit and tie. Meanwhile, being a former fashion design student, Bianca stole the show in a voluminous tulle gown she designed herself, featuring a sheer back and intricate embroidered wing details. For her hair, the bride donned a side-swept braid with golden laurels adorning the top of her locks like a crown.
Quark let his mother Dra. Vicki Belo walk him down the aisle along with his dad Atom Henares, before awaiting his future wife’s entrance with his adorable little sister Scarlet Snow Belo at his feet.
Of course, having won a Palanca Award at the young age of 19 and being the brillliant writer that he is, Quark delivered the sweetest vows. He listed down all the reasons to love his new wife, as a tearful Bianca listened on. Scroll through the post below to hear a glimpse of his speech.
A detail we can’t miss, the couple also had the cutest transparent modern ring box with their initials on it, designed by Quark’s cousin Stephanie Henares.
With a cute ring box comes the most adorable ring bearer in Cristalle Belo’s son, Hunter James Pitt.
Both musically inclined, Bianca and Quark couldn’t help but take the stage come reception time, to serenade each other with a song before falling into step for a dance of their own. Too sweet!
Based on the Instagram stories, it seems the rest of the night turned into one wild karaoke and dance party. Singers Christian Bautista, Yael Yuzon, and Raymund Marasigan were only some of the few who lent their voices for the evening.
