Her gown exposed a scar from a surgery.

The second royal wedding of the year took place today, October 12, in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in England, where Princess Eugenie of York and Jack Brooksbank have officially tied the knot.

The princess wore a long-sleeved custom gown by Peter Pilotto. An unexpected detail was its open back, which exposed the princess' scar from a major surgery—a detail she deliberately added.

Look at that long, beautiful train!

She also wore the Princess Grevile Emerald Kokoshnik tiara, which holds a 93.7 carat emerald at its center, complemented by a pair of drop earrings made with the same precious gem.

The princess kept her makeup raw and classic—dewy skin, flushed cheeks, and glossy lips. A glowing bride indeed!

Congratulations to the newlyweds!
