Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2010: Jag The denim brand hits three trends for the holidays.

Colorful ensembles, denim on denim, and military-inspired styling were the hallmarks of the Jag Holiday 2010 collection. The brand zeroed in on the three major trends in a revolution-themed fashion show at The Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2010.

First up were the candy-colored pieces, styled in a mishmash of layers and accessorized to the hilt—more like “excessorized.” Plain and printed tops, jackets, hoodies and colored jeans took flight on the runway. The explosion of color hinted at a bit of that '80s vibe.

Denim on denim took a futuristic turn in the second set, thanks to silver-dusted hair and a spiky headpiece. Among the versatile offerings were the denim vest and polo in different cuts and washes, reworked for fresh modern silhouettes. And speaking of silhouettes, models also strutted around in jeggings, emphasizing the skintight hold with an extra swagger in every step.

Finally, a sculpted (he was topless!) Will Devaughn spiked the mood and led an army of catwalkers ready for battle. Military-inspired pieces dominated by a palette of black, gray and army green fit the rough and tough Revolution theme, thanks to the studded cropped jackets, exposed zippers and buttons.
