Dancing Shoes Excited for the Preview Ball? We put together five looks you can rock for the evening.

The much-awaited Preview Ball is just around the corner and we're getting a lot of questions about the dress code and how to put it together. This year’s focus is all about your favorite pair of dancing shoes!

We put together five looks inspired by different dance looks for you to try for the Ball—or any party at that!

BALLET

Dainy and romantic girls love this look. We chose a pastel-colored tulle dress and equally sweet accessories. A strappy pair of shoes instead of the usual lace-ups finish things off.

TAP

You don’t necessarily have to wear a pair of tap dancing shoes, and instead can opt for cap-toe pumps that incorporate the same details—metal and black leather. A sleek black suit and blocky accessories complete the look.

FLAMENCO

For a fiery, passionate vibe, we draw inspiration from the Spanish folk dance, flamenco. Flamenco dancers are usually dressed up in red frocks with cascading ruffles. Choose one with a cleaner silhouette and pair things with equally dramatic dancer-inspired extras.

HIP-HOP

Street dance is widely popular and is easy to play around with. That said, have fun with graphic prints in loose, comfortable silhouettes, and let a metallic pair of wedge sneaks be the center of attention.

FLAPPER

With the recent showing of The Great Gatsby, we couldn’t help but include the Flapper in our roster. The glam possibilities are endles: think fringe dresses with excessive accessories that come in gold and silver!
