Barbiecore has just strutted its way onto the high fashion catwalk of Versace! The Italian label's latest showing at Milan Fashion Week was, according to their official website, a "collection of freedoms, inspired by the Versace woman who has embraced her most powerful freedom of all—the freedom of self-expression." Many global icons fit the bill, two of which are Donatella Versace, the house's creative director, and Gigi Hadid, who opened the runway.
Though, perhaps no one captured that liberated and unapologetic energy quite like Paris Hilton, who was the surprise closer of the show. While grungey leather and studs took center stage in the collection, the Y2K heiress strutted down in an all-pink ensemble that, once again, proved that life in plastic is indeed fantastic.

Fresh out of the Mattel box, Paris made her way down the catwalk in a Swarovski crystal mesh dress, rendered in the most flamboyant fuschia pink hue. The bridal frock featured a cowl neckline, and a lace hem.
Worn with it was a chiffon veil, secured in place by a diamond tiara. More silver jewelry, a pointy pair of stilts, and fingerless mesh gloves wrapped up the sweet look.
Notably, the style icon just got married last November 2021, so it comes as no surprise that she can rock a bridal look so well. Donatella certainly found the perfect punctuation mark to her show with Paris. That's hot!
