"Don't let labels hold you back," it says on the video. Pantene Philippines released an advertisement that reflects the gender bias women face especially in the workplace. "Where a man would be called persuasive, women are called pushy. A man is the boss, a woman is bossy. A dad working late is dedicated, a mom doing the same is selfish," as Huffingtonpost.com decribes the ad. A version of the song "Mad World" is being played in the background.

Even Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg took notice saying, "This is one of the most powerful videos I have ever seen illustrating how when women and men do the same things, they are seen in completely different ways. Really worth watching."

It was BBDO Guerrero who worked with Pantene Philipines on the #WhipIt campaign led by the ad that seems to not only sell the shampoo but also call attention to the double-standards of society.
