We give you the latest on what's going down at New York with a daily update fresh off the runway. Here's what went down on day 4:
DKNY’s newest offerings were not cut short—and we mean this literally. The show was all about shin- grazing midi skirts and dresses accentuated with clean stripes in bold hues and graphic prints in black and white. Also spotted on the runway were structured silhouettes, crop tops and jackets, as well as embroidered sporty whites. (See full collection here)
Custo Barcelona 2015 is bound to be hot. You want provocative, they will give you provocative. We’re talking cut outs and keyholes on sheer, eyelet peek-a-boos on swimwear and mini dresses, and a whole lot of skin. Take your pick from their 77 looks in here.
This season, Vivienne Tam’s oriental embroideries come from the beauty of the Ming and Qing dynasties’ ornate treasures. When history is combined with the high tech materials of today such as power mesh and laser-cut applique overlays, you get masterpieces. See artwork on mesh jackets paired with bermuda shorts, dressy eyelets, textured cottons, and prints upon prints. (See full collection here)
The coasts of California and France were the inspirations for Nanette Lepore’s fun and feminine collection. With bright yellow dresses, embroidered caftans, and soft silhouettes styled with messy top buns, you know it’s one laid back presentation clearly ready for you. (See full collection here)
