A new chapter in Philippine fashion begins this October. BYS Fashion Week, one of the country’s most anticipated fashion events, has officially evolved into Manila Fashion Week.

Since its inception, BYS Fashion Week has been dedicated to bringing together designers, brands, and cultural voices in a shared celebration of creativity, diversity, and innovation. Carrying this legacy forward, the rebranded Manila Fashion Week aims to spotlight Filipino artistry while participating in global style dialogues.

According to its founder, celebrity stylist John Lozano, the rebrand underscores a broader ambition: to establish a platform that positions Filipino fashion on the international stage.

“Ultimately, the goal is for MNL Fashion Week to be an event that the region, if not the world, will look forward to,” John shared in a press statement. “And for it to be a launchpad for Filipino talent to go global."

"But for now, we just want it to be a celebration of the best in Filipino fashion," he stated.

The inaugural Manila Fashion Week will run from October 16 to 19, 2025 at SM Aura, Bonifacio Global City. The four-day showcase features eight presentations, with two designers presenting on each day.
