We're not denying it, we've been fans of Esme Palaganas ever since we first laid our eyes on her at Manila Fashion Festival seasons ago. For her Spring/ Summer 2016 offering, she played around with opulent silhouettes of the Philippine tradition, color, and shape. Think pajama trend meets Elizabethan undergarments in ruffled culottes and drop waist dresses. A romantic mashup powdered with pastel hues.
