Co-presented by Bobson Japan, Manila Fashion Festival Design Competition introduced 15 talented young designers who each presented a three-piece denim collection on the runway, all vying for the grand prize worth P50,000 and the chance to have his/her designs produced and sold in all Bobson stores.
The criteria for judging included the designs' wearability, originality, and craftmanship, among others. In the end, designer CJ Martin was hailed as the grand prize winner of the first-ever MFF Design Competition. See all the looks from the show below.
