Just like most of us, the real-life celebrity couple is not yet over the CLOY phenomenon. Luis and Jessy recreated the iconic looks of our favorite K-drama pairing for a recent endorsement shoot, and we dare say everything’s on point! Check out their creative take on the #RiRiCouple below:
Luis, who emulated the massively famous leading man, copied the North Korean captain’s uniform down to a tee. If you pay close attention to the little details, you’ll notice that he went the extra mile and even had his entire outfit custom-made to mimic Captain Ri’s.
Jessy, on the other hand, recreated Se-ri’s OOTD with a focus on the styling and color palette, opting for a white collared shirt buttoned all the way up and a brown plaid coat. She had her dark long locks in big waves, too, and even her makeup was noticeably K-beauty-inspired complete with a gradient lip and wispy straight brows.
The project, which was revealed to be a TVC for Shakey’s, features the couple sitting on a bench—a very typical K-drama scene! In the video, the two can be heard dropping a few lines in Korean, which could lead the viewers to believe that they’re hinting at a wedding proposal…until Luis finally reveals the restaurant’s all-new K-pizza. They both took to their Instagram accounts to post the said commercial, aptly captioned with the hashtag #CrustLandingOnYou. LOL!
