Pink has clearly been one of 2016's It colors, particularly that barely-there, wispy, ethereal pale shade that everyone seems to love. This is rose quartz's year, but Kylie Padilla begs to differ—well, in a subtle way, opting instead for a bright, head-turning hue instead of the popular pastel.
