Not one to be outdone, Kelsey turned up a sexy stunner in an all red ensemble. The first Filipina VSFS model stood out in a sultry red lace mini dress accented by a satin scarf belt for an added pop of texture. She kept her accessories to a minimum with only a red clutch on hand, and finished her viewing party look with a pair of ankle strap heels.
