Kathryn Bernardo looked like she stepped out of the 1920s as she graced the unveiling of YES! Magazine's 100 Most Beautiful with the other half of the KathNiel love team, Daniel Padilla.

The young actress was clad in an all-white fringe gown custom-made by fashion designer Rob Ortega. The gown features a drop-waist tiered hem, an obvious nod to flappers. But what we liked most about the frock is its simple elegance, and how it skipped elaborate embellishments and relied only on lace flowers on the bodice as adornment.

The dress was perfect for Kathryn's petite frame as it accented her silhouette and made her look statuesque. The lace strips that highlighted her neckline and cinched her waist also became the unifying element that seamlessly incorporated the fringed hem. Making do without the flashy decorations made the look less costumey and more polished instead.

Kathyrn's glam team complemented the retro dress with a glowing bronze makeup look and a sleek low bun. With this, Kathryn's look became more than just an echo of the past and a modern interpretation of the roaring '20s glamour.
