This is it! At 8am today, the H&M X Balmain Collection everyone is talking about will be opened to the public. We update you live from SM Mega Fashion Hall on what's currently happening.
7:30am- As early as 6am, these folks were already in line.
8:00am- By 8am, the first batch was ushered in. And yup, we're definitely seeing more guys than girls!
8:05am - Game face on. Time to fill up the that shopping tote!
8:07am- Shoppers are allowed to get only one piece per item. Sorry #nohoardersallowed.
8:20am- We spotted Pia Magalona at the VIP shopping event last Tuesday with her kids. But it seems like she wants more. Who can blame her, right?
8:30am- She came in early so she was in the first few batches to shop.
9:05am- The current scene outside the store.
9:10am- Good thing DJ Katsy Lee was there for some kickass morning beats.
9:20am- Ready, set, run!
9:30am- Meanwhile... Here's what's happening outside.
9:40am- Designer Mark Bumgarner also decided to go back after shopping with the other VIPs last Tuesday. He's even wearing one of the shirts already! That shirt, by the way, is now sold out.
10:00am- Still pretty packed (but orderly) after two hours and five batches of shoppers.
10:10am- Those booties are selling really well. Get it quick!
10:25am- The leather backpack is also one of the best-sellers so far.
10:40am- H&M's Nikki Verzo getting to know the shoppers.
11:15am- The line inside as of 11:15. If you run, you might still make it!
11:34am- There are still a variety of accessories up for grabs.
11:45am- Grab now, decide later!
12:00pm- The next batch still patiently waiting. H&M is expecting 500 shoppers today.
12:30pm- Everyone is serious because each batch of 20 people is only given 1o minutes to shop.
The H&M X Balmain collection is now open to all! Drop by the SM Mega Fashion Hall before the items are wiped out.
