And after Candice Swanepoel, Heidi Klum, Miranda Kerr, Alexandra Ambrosio, and Adriana Lima, this year’s chosen angel who will wear it down the runway is none other than Lily Aldridge.

If the mere thought of wearing a pair of wings as a VS angel can send models to tears (we’re looking at you, Gigi!), then who knows what kind of rollercoaster emotion Lily got when she heard the news? The rocker angel’s big reveal was initially unveiled on Vogue’s Instagram through this video.
After last year’s double Moroccan-inspired dazzlers, Lily, who is about to walk her 7th show next week, will be lighting down the New York runway in the $2 million Firework Bra by jeweler Mouawad.
It features over 6,500 gems including diamonds, blue topaz, yellow sapphires, and pink quartz all set in 18-karat gold.
Lily’s reveal was held at Victoria’s Secret 3rd Promenade store in Santa Monica.
Now we wonder when Behati Prinsloo will finally be getting her turn to sport the bejewelled lingerie.
