The pair debuted Leighton's baby bump last Saturday during a lunch date in L.A. The two, famous for keeping things private with secret nuptials and lack of outright confirmations, have yet to confirm (even if it is pretty obvious with that growing belly). Leighton did drop hints though back in October with an interview with Nylon.
Needless to say, we're all pretty ecstatic about a new baby Blair/Seth coming into our lives in a few months.
