"Resurrected this little @ysl number from my closet for the [ABS-CBN Ball]," Kim captions her OOTD on Instagram, pertaining to the structural bustier mini dress that she chose for the occasion. The strapless LBD, which was first seen on Kaia Gerber when she walked for Saint Laurent's Fall '18 runway in Paris, features a curved neckline and is made from weighted black wool. Teamed impeccably with a pair of jersey pantaboots from Balenciaga, the result was a seamless all-black ensemble punctuated with an oversized statement earring from AREA. Stunning!
