It's been a pretty good year for Kelsey Merritt. In between attending fashion shows (and hard launching her relationship with Chace Crawford), the Filipina model has been making the most out of each stylish moment. October is Kelsey's birth month, and she rang in her 29th year chicly dressed in Dolce & Gabbana.

Surrounded by her dearest at a candle-lit dinner, Kelsey shimmered in an all-black sheer frock. Plucked straight out of Dolce & Gabbana's Holiday offerings for 2025, the piece was encrusted with rhinestones at every inch, making for a mesmerizing sight with every sway and step. Tulle accents add a diaphanous finish to the dress, which makes it an ideal outfit for dancing the night away.
Kelsey chose to style it with monochromatic intimate wear underneath, as well as a pair of strappy sandals. For a little extra sparkle, she wore a pair of Tiffany & Co. gem earrings.
