We're in Love With KC Concepcion's Casual Yet Glamorous OOTDs in Los Angeles

In case you didn't know, KC Concepcion's been in L.A. since June of this year. ("This chick has left the cage!" she wrote on Instagram when she first landed.) 

Among other things, California's the land of surfing, theme parks, sandy beaches, iconic pop culture hubs, and, of course, Hollywood. That's a pretty broad and loaded range, and it can be intimidating to figure out what to wear if you'll be walking down those iconic boulevards. Lucky for us, we have KC's OOTDs to refer to.

The 36-year-old actress, entrepreneur, and jewelry designer has always rocked a chicness that merges glamour and an accessibly casual vibe. Maybe it has to do with the fact that you'll rarely catch her without layered jewelry and an instantly recognizable designer bag, even if she's just wearing a tank top and jeans. She's proof that, more often than not, the details are the outfit. 

11 Casual Yet Glamorous OOTDs KC Concepcion Wore Out in Los Angeles: 

1. Those paper-white strappy pair of shoes definitely add a little something to that polo dress. This monochromatic look was made even more put-together with her rectangular white-rimmed sunglasses. She was positively shining!

2. Pairing an all-black ensemble + white go-go boots are a surefire way to make a subtle statement. But the absolute statement of this look was the geometrical printed scarf with tassels to match! To top it all off, KC accessorized further with a woven basket bag. 

3. KC sported an all-black athleisure bodysuit and threw on a camel-colored ribbed knit cardigan to her visit to Beverly Hills. Her baby pink cap added a welcome dash of color.

4. Who knew grocery shopping could look this cool? KC wore a pair of acid wash jeans and paired it with a gray racer back tank top, and traded in sneakers for platform boots. To build on the cool-toned look, she wore a dark gray cap and a black crossbody bag. 

5. Okay, red is definitely KC's color—isn't she just beaming in this bright cherry-hued athleisure set? With her classy red lip, white windbreaker, and white rubber shoes, KC was totally ready to strut around Playa Vista.

6. Admit it: We all secretly want to be that mysterious muse perusing a bookstore. FYI, an easy way to get that down pat is to wear all black. KC here wore ebony culottes and a simple tank top, and even put on a matching mask! We're also eyeing her sculptural pumps.  

7.  Here's the lesson we're taking from this look: Don't be shy to lean on hero pieces. KC may just be wearing black skinny jeans and a cropped sleeveless T-shirt, but that Gucci Dionysus bag—with the bamboo top handle, no less—is just magnetic. (Seriously, it's such a distinct, elegant bag.)

8. Pay homage to old glamour by painting your nails scarlet and donning diamonds. We're loving this not-so-casual look. 

9. KC's not one to shy away from accentuating her figure, and we love her for it. 10. Heading out for a brunch date with the gals? Hit that sweet spot between dainty and casual by wearing a puff sleeve top, but trade in the linen for denim. Make sure to bring along a roomy woven tote and black sunglasses. 

11. A black tank top + ripped jeans combo will never go out of style, especially when paired with classy jewelry and a leather handbag. Finish off the look with sunglasses for that undercover movie star vibe.
