For the show’s Fourth Results Night, the actress stepped out in yet another standout look—this time, a black draped cut-out ensemble by designer Martin Bautista that's both edgy and elegant.

The off-shoulder silhouette featured asymmetrical sleeves and wrapped drapery that revealed just the right amount of skin. The look plays into Martin’s signature codes—relaxed construction, intentional folds, and a fluidity that feels sculptural yet wearable.

“Styled Kathryn in a draped off-shoulder piece by Martin Bautista, paired with gold jewelry—Bottega Veneta drop earrings, a Suki Jewelry cuff, and stacked rings,” shared stylist Danae Dipon in an exclusive with Preview. "Kath wanted an off-shoulder, drapey moment… and obviously, drapes [are synonymous to] Martin Bautista.”

The styling duo of Danae Dipon and Justine Benitez kept things minimal yet impactful, letting the dramatic construction of the dress take center stage.

Meanwhile, hairstylist John Valle gave Kathryn a sleek, curtain-fringed blowout that framed her face, and makeup artist Owen Sarmiento gave her bronzy eyes and a muted lip—soft glam with a smolder.
