The recently-concluded ABS-CBN Ball 2023 saw a lot of fashionable appearances on the red carpet, and among our favorites was undoubtedly Preview's September cover star Julia Barretto in a sultry black dress.

Once again giving us a masterclass in chic minimalist dressing, the actress was an exquisite vision in Saint Laurent. The sultry clavicle-baring frock, embodying effortless Parisian sensibilities, features a sexy cut-out in the torso that highlighted her toned abs. Escorted by her beau Gerald Anderson, who himself looked sharp in a Tom Ford suit, Julia was the epitome of understated elegance.
Further elevating her glamorous look for the evening affair were pieces from JMA Jewelry, most notably a white gold choker necklace with alternating baguette and marquise diamonds flanked by more round diamonds on both sides. To add another layer of sparkle to her red carpet 'fit, she finished off the elegant ensemble with a bejeweled silver minaudiere from Amina Muaddi.
Echoing the minimalist route that Cath Sobrevega's styling team took, Julia's makeup artist Kaye Misajon also went for a monochromatic glam, opting for chocolatey hues to create a latte makeup look. Meanwhile, hairstylist Anton Papa gave the actress' dark long locks some luscious waves. Absolute perfection!
