Janine Gutierrez fully embodied the movie star she is at the Film Ambassador's Night held last February 27. The prestigious event aimed to honor directors, writers, and actors who've brought home international awards for their works in the past year. Janine was in attendance thanks to her stellar performance in Dito at Doon, which earned her the Rising Star Award at the New York Asian Film Festival.
Such recognition called for only the most exquisite OOTD from the 32-year-old star. Styled by MJ Benitez, Janine donned an immaculate A-line lace gown by Vania Romoff.
The floral pattern, present from the bodice down to the voluminous skirt, almost mimicked the intricate stained glass designs you see in churches. The piece prominently featured poofy butterfly sleeves, which, according to the designer, was patterned after their well-loved Camisa top. At the back was a dramatic beige bow that flowed elegantly as Janine walked.
In the beauty department, makeup artist Anthea Bueno highlighted Janine's hazelnut eyes with peach-hued cheeks and a nude lip. Her hair, by Mark Familara, was tied back in a bun so as to not compete with the statement-making sleeves.
