In the pictures, Janella posed in a ribbed pink one-piece swimsuit, which she looked absolutely gorgeous in. Can you believe it's only been nine months since she gave birth?
"I was thinking if I should post this or not because I'm not yet where I want to be in terms of my postpartum weight-loss goals and I still have 13 pounds to go," Janella writes in her caption. "But why not? I'm proud of my progress. Let’s go, momma [emoji]".
For the past month, the actress has been sharing tidbits of her fitness routine on her feed. She does cardio with a compact treadmill at home, and she also appears to be subscribed to a healthy food delivery service.
Opening up about her weight loss efforts, she says in one post, "I always have to remind myself to be proud of the progress I make everyday, no matter how little. I am proud of myself for getting up with a happy heart everyday despite the lack of sleep, making time to strengthen my body and making healthier food choices while taking care of a clingy baby. My body may have changed, but I have never felt stronger inside and out."
