It started with my usual morning ritual of skimming through my YouTube updates. Singaporean socialite Jamie Chua uploaded a new video, so naturally, I had to click play...and you'd best believe that my main takeway was not, in fact, about strategic packing for a winter trip, but that I may actually Need (yes, with a capital N) her home dry cleaner machine. Jamie's, in particular, is the LG Styler, which promises to "refresh garments in minutes with [its] Smart wi-fi enabled steam clothing care system." So, it's not quite a dry cleaner, per se. It's really more of a clothes refresher that's aimed at reducing odors, removing allergens, and steaming out wrinkles with the push of a button. In short, it just might be any fashion fiend's ultimate dream appliance.
You can also quick-dry delicate fabrics, like silk lingerie, cashmere sweaters, and even sequined party threads, without fear of shrinking or damage from high-heat dryers. Oh, and the coolest part is that you can control it from a special app on your phone!
Now would you buy it for US$1999 (roughly P101,250)? We honestly thinking we might make the splurge.
