"I think she's one of the coolest people. And definitely style-wise, to me, she's an icon," James revealed after sharing how he thinks Issa's the girl version of himself and vice versa.
"I'm way too self-conscious to be able to decide on my own so I really need her," James expounded, and we see this later on when he asked Issa her thoughts on his outfit options.
Issa, however, clarified that her Best Dressed List 2023 honoree beau is more stylish than he thinks, and that she just helps push him to embrace his instincts. "I think he thinks that he doesn't have his own style," she explained. "But that's the thing—even if he's not into, he doesn't read much, or he doesn't watch much about fashion, it's in him. It comes naturally."
With a sartorial support system like that, there's no wonder how James and Issa redefine "power couple" on the fashion frontier.
