Gap and Virgin Hotels are bringing hotel room service to the next level. The collaboration leverages the iconic apparel brand's Reserve in Store technology where guests of the newly opened hotel in Chicago can reserve items on Gap.com via Lucy, the hotel’s mobile app or by visiting virginhotels.com and within three hours, be able to try on and purchase the pieces ordered in the privacy of your hotel room.
