2. Victoria's Secret is being called out for copying Fleur Du Mal's lingerie designs.

Instagram user Diet Prada called out lingerie company Victoria's Secret for copying the designs of another lingerie brand, Fleur Du Mal. Diet Prada's posts include a side-by-side comparison of the pieces as well as receipts that prove an associate buyer from Victoria's Secret bought pieces from Fleur Du Mal. Similar items "showed up for sale on VS’ website and Instagram two days ago (at half the price)," Diet Prada writes on the said Instagram post.

4. Kate Moss, Cara Delevingne will design white tees in honor of the late Karl Lagerfeld.

WWD quotes Karl Lagerfeld, who once said, "If you ask me what I’d most like to have invented in fashion, I’d say the white shirt. For me, the white shirt is the basis of everything. Everything else comes after." With this in mind, Karl's friends from the fashion industry will be revamping his fave piece in his honor, in a project called "A Tribute to Karl: The White Shirt Project."

Carine Roitfeld will oversee the project, which will benefit the French charity Sauver la Vie that funds medical research at the Paris Descartes University. The said charity was supported by Karl for many years. The shirts designed by the likes of Cara Delevingne, Kate Moss, Diane KrugerAlessandro Michele, Takashi Murakami, Carine Roitfeld, and more will be displayed "during Paris Fashion Week in September at Karl Lagerfeld’s headquarters on the Rue Saint-Guillaume (his favorite arrondissement of Paris and the address of his bookshop on the Rue de Lille) and seven designs will be replicated 77 times and sold for 777 euros each," WWD writes.

5. Barney's New York is considering filing for bankcruptcy.

Barneys New York Inc., one of America's storied luxury department stores, is exploring the idea of filing a Chapter 11 Bankcruptcy Protection. Bloomberg reports that this option has been in the cards for the retailer following the company's downsizing "effort to reduce the store’s $30 million annual rent cost."
