With such a pivotal occasion like New Year’s Eve, dressing up might come with more pressure than usual. After all, who would want to usher in a new era without looking and feeling their best? It serves as a final hurrah and a grand entrance at the same time.
The New Year is a sparkling opportunity to wear the clothes that might have been collecting dust on your shelves, because you’ve always thought they were a little too much for everyday dressing. But it’s also a great time to do the opposite, too—donning the pieces that will make you feel comfortable as the night turns into morning.
Filipino celebrities surely welcomed 2026 in style. While some showed their own takes on Pantone’s Color of the Year, Cloud Dancer, and some went with pieces that were just classic and playful, all of them shined bright in outfits that reflected their own sartorial tastes.
Filipino Celebrities’ Stylish New Year OOTDs
Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde
For the special occasion, Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde donned clean, neutral ensembles. Maine was nothing short of chic in a fringe white top and billowy black bottoms, while Arjo looked dapper in a white button-down and a pair of khaki pants.

Dani Barretto
Dani Barretto went all out with prints and colors, and we’re here for it! Her multi-colored outfit playfully featured stripes with lines of varying sizes. The pleats of the skirt also added more dimension, providing a fun take on a classic silhouette.

Manny and Jinkee Pacquiao
The NYE looks of Manny and Jinkee Pacquiao were a masterclass on coordinated couple OOTDs. The People’s Champ donned a black polo shirt from Gucci, with the luxury fashion house’s iconic colors painting the collar. The red matched Jinkee’s lipstick, while the green went well with her emerald earrings and her Bvlgari Serpenti watch whose face was of the same shade. She paired these shimmering accessories with a lace-detailed black dress.

Janine Gutierrez
Janine Gutierrez took a breath of fresh air away from the concrete jungle, to celebrate the New Year. Her island spin on Cloud Dancer featured a sheer white dress with ruffles across the torso. Peeking through was a floral blue bikini for a subtle pop of color.

Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo
Jennylyn Mercado stunned in a jewel neck dress, paired with silver strappy heels and bright red accents in her beauty look. Celebrating the New Year with her was Dennis Trillo, who added a quirky touch to his crisp white ensemble, with mustard yellow socks and chocolate brown loafers.

Marian Rivera
What's a New Year OOTD round-up without polka dots? Marian Rivera was a classic sight in black and white. From Christmas to New Year, she gravitated towards graceful pieces from Carolina Herrera. In her hands was a chic carrier from Tod's that embodies quiet luxury.

Belle Mariano
Belle Mariano opted for a cozy evening at home, where she cuddled with her adorable fur babies. She watched fireworks paint the sky (and lit them herself) in relaxed coordinates adorned by printed dots, proving that you can be comfortable and stylish at the same time.

Liz Uy
“Cloud Dancer state of mind” was what Liz Uy captioned her portrait, captured by BJ Pascual. It offered a glimpse of the style maven's chic look, featuring a sculptural top that enveloped her figure in a captivating way.
