adidas Originals has always been close to the ground–literally and figuratively–as it continues to bring sportswear to the streets. Staying true to this vision, the Neighborhood store has a specially crafted design that incorporates the scene and feel of the surrounding streets to its store façade and architecture.
“Neighborhood concept stores have already opened in major cities across the world: Berlin, London, New York, and Paris to name a few, but what makes each store unique is its connection to the city’s neighborhood within which the store resides. Each city’s design, style, and ambience are showcased through the interior elements of the store,” says Jen Dacasin, adidas Philippines Brand Communications and Sports Marketing Manager.
Apart from the fresh and engaging environment where consumers can celebrate the diverse facets of Manila, the Neighborhood store also offers the very best of adidas Originals. And by that, we mean: You don’t have to go halfway around the globe or bug a tita abroad to get yourself the brand’s limited edition releases and collaborations. As an “appetizer,” the brand released 11 new colorways of the NMDs during the store launch. If that's any indication of the "main course," then we're officially sold. BRB, heading there now.
