It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that Heart Evangelista is considered one of the country’s most respected fashion icons. We’re always on the lookout for her latest OOTD posts, and her chic outfits never fail to satisfy our sartorial cravings. That said, this year's State of the Nation Address is the perfect excuse to look back on the many times she's graced the SONA red carpet.
2013
Heart wore a white serpentina-style terno by Ivarluski Aseron, which she finished off with side-swept curls.
2014
The following year, she opted for Joey Samson’s cage terno. She kept her look simple yet elegant with a pair of stud earrings and her Amina Aranaz clutch.
2015
Marking her first SONA as Mrs. Escudero, Heart stunned the crowd with an Inno Sotto creation.
2016
The actress graced the morning session with a knee-length Ivarluski Aseron white lace terno, which she finished off with her very own Love Marie clutch bag.
Later on, Heart changed into a Massimo Dutti pantsuit for the main event. Sleek and chic!
2017
Remember this look from last year's SONA? Heart made a stylish entrace in a white tea-length terno by Jo Rubio, which she accessorized with a dainty Ulyana Sergeenko minaudière and a pair of nude Christian Louboutin pumps.
2018
Once again a vision in white, Heart opted for a Mark Bumgarner creation this year. Her filipiniana is inspired by the "palaspas," traditional leaf art Filipinos commonly use for Palm Sundays. Mark shaped the sleeves like a tulip flower to give the dress a “different dimension,” and Heart wore it with a rainbow pin to show her support for the equality bill.
She later on changed into a sleek white pantsuit made by the same local designer.
