Heaven Peralejo recently achieved another career milestone as she won Best Actress at the 39th Luna Awards for her unforgettable performance in the film Nanahimik ang Gabi. On August 26, the Gen Z actress received the award from the Film Academy of the Philippines (FAP) and expressed her gratitude to all those who supported her.
“Thank you so much sa FAP for making a kid's dream come true. To tatay Lauren [Dyogi], thank you for making me say yes to this project. It was such an honor to work with such brilliant minds,” she said in her acceptance speech. “And lastly [to] my Mama, I hope I made you proud. I hope to keep making you proud.”

Thanks to her loyal stylist Joanna Garcia, Heaven was a vision in white for her big night. Putting a modern spin on traditional Filipiniana attire, Heaven was dressed in an asymmetrical terno dress made of cream crystal mesh. The number, which was designed by Mara Chua, featured a structured butterfly sleeve, a flattering sweetheart neckline, and a thigh-high slit that elongated Heaven’s curvy figure.
Teamed with silver jewelry by KLAD and matching strappy heels, the dress dazzled from every angle and brought out Heaven’s sun-kissed complexion. With or without a trophy, the actress was clearly dressed like a winner!
Celebrity makeup artist Nikki Raven also complemented Heaven’s elegant frock with a classic brown smokey eye and a juicy terracotta lip. Her soft glam look stood out even more with her tresses neatly slicked back in tousled waves courtesy of hairstylist Arch Gilbero.
