Heart Evangelista is set to continue carrying out her duties as president of the Senate Spouses Foundation Inc. In an oath-taking ceremony administered by her husband, Senate President Chiz Escudero, the actress-socialite was sworn into the role alongside the organization’s new team of officers last August 14, Thursday.

“It is an honor to stand before you today as president of the @senatespousesph, knowing that all of us together can make a difference in the lives of our people,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

For the esteemed occasion, Heart looked every bit the part, clad in a head-to-toe designer ensemble.
