In I Left My Heart in Sorsogon—what might be her penultimate teleserye—Heart Evangelista plays Celeste Estrellado, a character that totally suits her real-life standing as a fashion icon and media darling. Celeste is a sweet, ambitious woman who grew up in Sorsogon and relocated to the big city to pursue her dream of becoming a successful fashion designer. And since she is a fashion designer, her outfits do not disappoint. In fact, Heart revealed that she wore items out of her own closet for the show!
One of the most scene-stealing outfits on the teleserye has to be the glamorous ensemble she wore to the birthday of Vivian Wenceslao, (played by Marina Benepayo), the antagonistic older sister of Celeste's love interest, Tonito (played by Richard Yap). In the second episode of the show, Heart wore a jaw-dropping Swarovski-studded Tran Hung gown with an incredible high slit. The gown seems to be from her personal collection—it made an appearance on her Instagram in September 2021, with Heart joking that it would have been her MET Gala gown.
She complemented the smoldering dress with sky-high platform Louboutin heels with the distinctive bright red soles, and accessorized with a Judith Leiber clutch and luxury jewelry from Bvlgari, Cartier, and Van Cleef & Arpels.
