Heart Evangelista is a luxury maven—we all know that. Her closet is practically a who's who of fashion's most exalted names. Thus, it comes as no surprise that the watch she featured in a recent post is a decadent offering from Van Cleef & Arpels, a prestigious Parisian jewelry house.
Oh, and the price of the piece? A mind-numbing P6.66 million, or $137,000.

Heart isn't the only Van Cleef & Arpels client on our shores. KC Concepcion and Rei Germar famously own jewelry from the esteemed brand as well. Founded in 1895 by lovers Estelle Arpels and Alfred Van Cleef, the maison is notable for producing exquisite jewelry that is sentimental, slightly whimsical, and feminine. "Faithful to a poetic view of life, the Maison uses its High Jewelry expertise to embellish the watchmaker's craft," says the website. "Each watch narrates a moment of grace, luck or happiness, inscribed in the Poetry of Time."
The timekeeper sported by Heart is quaintly named: It is the Lady Arpels Pont des Amoureux Jour Watch, or the Lady Arpels Lover's Bridge Day Watch. On the face of the watch is a colored pencil-esque artwork in blue and pink, and two tiny gold figurines on a gold bridge. These figurines are lovers, and they move closer together with each passing hour, until they kiss, at midnight. The entirety of the watch head is made of rose gold, and is encrusted with diamonds.

The strap of the watch is made of glossy alligator skin, and is interchangeable. The brand offers straps in seven colors: white, pink, violet, three different shades of blue, and black.
As you have guessed, this dreamy watch is not the only precious timepiece in Heart's arsenal. We also spotted her wearing two Bulgari Serpenti watches—iconic pieces that are distinctive of the luxe brand.
