Six years into their happy marriage, Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero are as stylish as ever. Last Thursday, Heart shared snaps from a fun photoshoot where she and her husband posed hand-in-hand while clad in sharp suits, sporting bright smiles and wacky faces.
And guess what? Heart took care of the styling, too! "If you only knew how long it took to have him agree to let me shoot and style him. Surprisingly, he was super game! Thank you, babe. Here’s to us," she wrote on Instagram.
From what we've gathered, Chiz is a pretty laidback guy—he often appears in casual, comfy outfits, and has been spotted here and there wearing flip-flops. Case in point:
That said, it was such a treat to see them in matchy-matchy OOTDs. Take a look:
Heart wore an iridiscent navy suit over a printed yellow bralette, while Chiz donned a black blazer over a Gucci watercolor-style logo tee and checkered drawstring trousers.
What the photos don't show is the fact that Chiz was barefoot for most of the shoot. Well, thanks to Heart's IG stories, secret's out!
Based on her IG stories, it seems like they shot a second layout. In this one, they traded in their trousers for matching denim jeans. Heart swapped out her blazer for a black vest and added leather cowboy boots. Meanwhile, Chiz exchanged the Gucci tee for a classic logo shirt from Versace, which he wore with a blue button-down and black sandals. We'll be looking out for this photoset next!
Both local and international figures flooded Heart's comment section with reactions to the photoshoot! Among them was Bling Empire star Kane Lim. (Oh, and ICYDK, Heart is rumored to have joined their roster for Season 2. At this point, the evidence just keeps thickening!)
