The actress and style star uploaded an unboxing video on her Instagram stories, excitedly revealing the most recent addition to her continuously growing designer shoe collection: a pair of white, chunky yet minimalist Chanel sneakers! "It's a happy birthday for me," Heart—who's celebrating her birthday in less than two weeks—captioned her post.
Of course, Heart just couldn't wait to try it on! Completing her workout 'fit, she paired her black Adidas tracksuit with her brand new Chanel white kicks. An athleisure look that's so cool yet so chic!
Initially released in 2018, the exact pair Heart is wearing is called the Chanel CC White Suede Sneaker, which is rendered in an all-white leather and suede composition. The round-toe, low-top sneaker features white leather lining and insole, as well as rubber midsole. And to make it distinctly Chanel, the shoe also boasts of the interlocking CC logo on the laces, on the sides, and on the sole.
It's arguably one of the most popular sneaker styles from the French luxury fashion house, which explains why it's already hard to find. Chanel originally sold it for a retail price of $1710 or approximately P82,243 when it was first launched, but it's no longer listed for sale on its website. Currently, a pair is up for bidding for at least $1300 (P63,005) on StockX, a.k.a. the "stock market" for buying and selling sneakers, streetwear, watches, and designer handbags. Meanwhile, on Crepslocker, a UK-based online marketplace, a similar version called Chanel CC Triple White can go as high as £1250 or P81,916 depending on the size you're looking for.
